YO Mike cooool offf...... the topic that gets the most hits everyday is the Nba Talk..........If you wanted to stop the bleeding you should have stopped it the day it started. No disripect but you threatning of banning is like a kid in the playground saying, I wount give you my candy because you didnt play with me. All your talk about The black race in general is cool, but there is a time for everthing. You are like a football coeach trying to coach Bowinling. This is not your stage to try and get your message across. You are preaching to the wrong crowd. At the rate you are going by bannig everbody you might be the only one left on the site at the end of the day, Things can be solved diffrently, send the people misbehaving private messages and Give them a warning. How many people followed directions in gradeschool. And on top of that most cats on this site are like 12, 13 14 15.

You have to remember, some of them are young boys trying to test the limits. I did it too when I was a young boy. So I understand but, discipline is the best way to show them who to play with and who to respect. I'm to be respected and young boys have a problem with authority figures. Talk about Where your FATHER is and if he is the man of your household or is your mother being your father and mother. Talk about that other wise it gonna get deleted!!
Young black men seem to think sports is the only thing important in life. NOT! Not even 10% of the black males that can dunk a basket ball will ever get a chance to play in College. Out of the few that will play college ball, they won't graduate or go to the NBA. So ask your self, should I be focused on getting an education or play games when all the African American young boys are growing up to go to prison or turning GAY when they can't find a JOB because all they think about is their hair, chasing girls and FADS. White boys their same age is planning on college and a career while little black boys are talking sports like you can play sport for the rest of your life. Where is your father? Does he live in your house with you? Is he still married to your mother? Does he pay child support on you and your brothers and sisters? WHY? Basketball, Man please! Delete!

ive been dunkin since the 8th grade. although i dont currently play bball. my parents pushed me so hard, that i guess i jes got tired of it
^it wasnt as bad as it sounds
i was only 5'9 in the 8th. i had the highest vertical in my grade. i was on a strict weight liftin schedule involving leg workouts. i could do 360s too. i also have videos and pics which ill have to wait till i get home to post them.
BIGGMike is an athlete too. he played football! not sure if he tried his hand at bball.
ya'll dont laugh..but im 6'2 junior and i can grab rim and all but i can't dunk..(just started messin around with dunks like a week ago) so some tips would be nice
