What's good y'all? I tried this new hair spray supposedly made to increase the shine of my waves called the "Wave Saver" spray made by Spartan Hair products. After using this crap for about a week and a half, I noticed that the texture of my hair had changed and I no longer had the same waves I had. My hair is now too soft and doen't form the curls I need to form waves. What can to do get my hair back to its original texture?

but wat sum people do is dat dey go 2 hair salons n dey get da ladies 2 make natural curls or perms or relaxers n wen u get ya curls brush it n ull have waves

I have already tried cutting my hair many times and that doesn't seem work. Someone told me in another forum to try this carrot creme stuff or this pink moisturizer stuff. I think I'm gonna try that and if that doesn't work I will go a salon and try to get that natural curl process cj2022 was talking about because my hair looks like wet carpet right now and can't go anywhere without wearing a hat.

yo can one of ya tell me wat to do, my waves is comin out but wen i brush my hair my hair so nappy in da front dat it doesnt wana straightin out. i try pomades at nite, i use dat sportin waves gold can n my hair just doesnt wana straightin out...even wit durags it doesnt work...wat shud i do

take a look at the combing method forum. the combing should help with the naps

those "S" that you see are waves forming. you dont want to get rid of those. keep brushing

Whats good? I just got up on this site and I'm just beginning my wave journey.  Right now my hair is short so I'm in the process of allowing it to grow out.  Which method should I use?  There's a few listed but I dunno wat makes one better than the otha.  Oh, and should I use this carrot cream I keep hearing about? holla at me.

no one meth is better than the other. theres so many b/c the same meth doesnt work for everyone.

pick one, and as you go along, experiment, and change some things so that they work best for you. then, youll find that you have ur own method.

carrot creme is a good product. its what alot of ppl are usin right now, and is providing good results. id highly recomend it.

aiite, day two.. been brushing like a maniac, following directions.. 

obviously no waves just yet but i have noticed that my hair looks healthier. 

my hair is still too short anyway.. oh yeah, question.. my hair tends to curl up once it starts growing out..

should i even be brushing it like this until it gets to that point or should i continue?

yeah fam jus keep brushing it is not going to happen over night, it may take a week or 2 and since ya hair is short u would not see them

and jus some advice grow ya hair out for about 1month and then get a cut, tell ya barber number 2 gurad, dark ceaser, with the grain

Hit lakeshore girls go all crazy
Hit the freeway go at least bout 80
Boned so much that summer even had him a baby
