Here is the trick turn on a basketball game or football game which ever you prefer and brush from the opening tip to the final buzzer taking breakes during timeouts only and half time thats what I do like 2 or three times a week and each game last about 2 hours.

do you mean constantly. if so, prolly a coupla hours when i first started out.

but i also brushed thru out the day which added up to quite a bit of time
