QuoteReplyTopic: Lush hair-wefts? Posted: December 10 2005 at 2:17am
Im sure Im asking a question thats been asked a hundred times, and I did a search but couldnt find anything.
Is the Lush Hair on Amm's site available in wefts?
I want to try the pro tack method and I would love to try the lush hair too. If lush hair is not available in wefts, which hair do you recommend for this installation method?
Thanks
Em

My understanding is that she is getting wefted hair in but doesn't have it yet. I think it's from the same supplier as EP gets some of their hair, which means it should be awesome.
Meanwhile, any wefted hair will do if you want to use the proflex strips, which RULE, by the way. If you like Bohyme, that will work, especially the hand tied wefts which are microscopic! You could put two of those on one tape, they're so small.
REALLY AMANDA?! To be honest, I only have one row with the Bohyme hand tied wefts in because that's all I had on hand...but it's staying in as well as the other, which is amm's wefted wavy hair with a thicker weft.
I had a client with really short hair so I used the pro-flex as a weft method at the top of her head and used bohyme blonde hand-tied, I used three small piece literally just around the top. All of them washed out. I swopped it to machine weft and they're still in a week later x
The Elite Remy is available and there's some wefts. There will be more after the first of the year, I think. What Syren has is not up on the page yet (it's in the column photo on the top right). Lush is not on a weft yet.
re: wefts falling out. I also had a problem with the hand-tied wefts staying in. I put them in alongside machine weft. Hand-tied fell out after first wash and the machine stayed in for almost 7 weeks.
PS - My next install is with a whole head of Amanda's hair. All that is on a weft. I'll post photos of it once it's all in. It will be the Bohyme Remi bodywave.
