i use hard brush for 5 mins on each side and then i use soft brush for 10 mins on each side so i basically brush for 1 hr a day. all i use is carrot cream. i just brought it today after i got my cut so im gonna see how good it is. i was using gel on my hair before i found out about the carrot creme
