You should be able to go in one more bleaching. Taking your time
doesn't really help your hair that much though as your hair doesn't
heal itself, but it is smart to be careful.

Your doing a good job so far. Must be costing an arm and a leg though.
It's going to look awesome. It's neat how your so exotic looking and
your going so light. Good luck. You'll get there.
Just keep your hair well conditioned and you'll most def. have to keep going back to get it trimmed.
No matter if you are doing it slowly or quickly, *(though slowly is
most likely the safest bet I believe.)* your going to have 'damage' I
mean your stripping your hair of color using chemicals that are nto
very good for the hair, specially if your not naturally blonde.
But it looks so healthly right now, I'm so happy for you! Your going to look awesome! Can't wait to see more pictures!

I think your blonde hair colour is really nice~ suits you very much and is quite stunning. Great choice!
I'm not a hair colourist, but I think you have the right idea by going pale blonde gradually. I love blonde hair~ but you are right~ no point in having it if it looks fried or is breaking off!
Plus, gradual equals no disasters and no shocking moments when the bleach comes off and the hair is dried!
yes..i showed her the picture and she told me well ill try to go as lgiht as i cna right now so it wont ruin ure hair really badly...it wont be like this the first time ..she told me that whic h iwas fine with cuz i knew that 4rm the beginning. id never heeard of going light blonde in one salon visit from brown.

Thanks! I just got more lowlights (no, I don't have a pic yet). My goal is to keep getting neutral light blonde (9) lowlights until it fills the platinum in to match my natural color which is a light neutral blonde. I think the lowlights I just got are still a little warm to match my new growth, so I may go a tad cooler (hopefully without getting too much ash) next time.

I like it Anitan. Looks really good. So how many trips to the salon before it's the way you want it? I didn't realize it would take more than one. Is it because your hair is long or what? I've been searching for the right color and the right color-ist/stylist for YEARS and everybody that comes on here and posts looks great. I'd be happy if my hair turned out as nice as you alls! Sigh ...
Anitan -- So did you show your styilst pictures? What did you tell her? Even when I show them pictures they don't get it right! I'm at my wit's end ... trying to learn how to do it myself!

That looks great! It looked great before as well, but the sylist did a great job! Just be sure to take really good care of your hair. It will be alot dryer, the blonder you get. Also, I had to get a decent amount trimmed off of mine because the ends got pretty dry. I got sick of the upkeep and went dark again, and though it is nice not to have roots, I'm not as happy as I would be with either blonde, or my natural dark brown. I feel like my hair just looks dyed right now, but the condition is great and the color blends perfectly with my roots. I also had to chop off alot of hair. So now I am growing it and getting back to healthy natural hair. I'm sure I will eventually start with the blonde highlights again, until I am all blonde, but for now a change is good. I love yours though. Is you natural color dark brown? The condition still looks good too. Mine started getting frizzy, so I stopped bleaching.
