yeah, u use a hard, but in some cases such as when u already have ur waves and u want to improve connection and straighten waves ull use soft. or if you have soft hair.
ill occasionally pull out the hard, but for the most part, its soft for me

yeah hard is great for long hair, but i still use my soft after i use my hard brush.
a hard brush is good for putting products in ya hair when it is long and developing waves jus dont od wit it, it can make ya waves crooked.
a soft should be used even if ya hair is long, jus use it after u use ya hard brush. i say like brush wit a soft brush twice as long as u brushed wit ur hard bursh for da give ya hair more of da effect of da soft den da hard but tat jus me
