So what is happening with the hair here?  I know, I know, but I am a freak about hair and am trying to figure out what their gig is.

They suck they cant rap Lol I cant explain its to hard when they suck and cant rap they get annyoing like lil john

OK guys.  You need to help me out here.  Is there a type of hair that is considered "rap" or "hip hop" hair?  If the Twins suck at rapping that's cool...I just want to know about the hair.

Hair nappy real ..real ..nappy there brothers so both of there hair is nappy always looks dry and stuff like they never touched it in days

Yeah KS you are on the right track....I call that there Lazy-Head. You know when you are to lazy to really do your hair so you throw on a hat and make sure that what people can see looks okay and underneath ooooohhhh a MESS!
