Do you guys think that might work to make my very thin hair almost invisible up top? I was reading about it after doing a search on here and thought that could be good to do one on each side and one in back in reverse method. Ya think??
"the reversemethod would be the same regardless either sewing to a braid or gluing. if you are gluing, you place the track and glue it to your scalp per the pic, put a small line of glue over the back of the weft so that when it flips over on itself the hair is glued over and covers the weft line. after that glue the small section of your own hair over top of the fold.."
The only thing that I would worry about is a bump running in a straight line across the back of my head. If you put the wefts too high up, no matter what you do, it will be almost impossible to conceal them.

I posted pix in the "Pix inside - Finished I think" link. The only thing that really bothers me a lot is the back still but I can take the tip top of my real hair and tease it to within an inch of its life and spray it flat down and conceal pretty well. I'll be glad if/when my real hair grows another inch or two though. :)
Do the shrinkies or any of those other methods I read about on here work any better with thin hair or are they worse? I am looking into buying replacement hair now for when this is ready to come out so am interested in other methods and good but fairly inexpensive places to buy hair and supplies. Thanks Girls!!
Has anyone here tried the reverse method? It seems like it would
work for putting the weft very close to the part if you have curly
hair. It probably wouldn't work for my hair since it lays so flat.

I saw the reverse method on the BHM.And it always looks great.Your right it seems to be ideal if you want a real curly or full look.If you were going for stick straight it would be more obvious.I've seen it done with super short hair and the results were awsome

Hi... I have pictures of the "reverse method" in my fotki album... You
guys are right, though... It doesnt work as well w/straight hair due to
the lump factor. i always use this method when doing curly hair
weaves... its the best... i have worked it so that i only have to leave
about 1.5 X 3 inch strip showing on top...
here is my fotki info... the pics are in the weave album... i think the reverse pics start at #9.
