it can define waves and make them deeper. also when you cut your hair off that youve been growing for awhile, you will find that the hair underneath is a better grade of hair.

I grow my hair to a Mini afro so when I cut my hair my hair can curl and wave.And also deepend more

That cut looks way to low for waves ,I would work from there up grow your hair out longer now
waveing is mental a barrier u must over come
