Remember Betty Thomas from the 1980s TV series "Hill Street Blues?" She's the blonde at the top of this group shot:

Here she is today:

Not to quibble, but come on Kramer...BETTY THOMAS?!?

You have to be scraping the bottom of the barrel here.  She hasn't appeared as an actress in over sixteen years.  Don't think that qualifies as news.

"Not to quibble," my @$$. She's still a celebrity -- an esteemed director, actually. Jock, when was the last time you reported news or an update on somebody... anybody? Why even take the trouble to log in if all you're going to do is whine and complain.

Ya Know Kramer, I think I've been around this board just a little bit longer than you...just because I don't post 4 times a day with the answer to the BURNING question "What does Betty Thomas look like today?!?"  I've posted more than my share of news over the past five years.

Hey, Penny Marshall has directed more high profile movies than Betty and I don't see you answering the question of what Penny Marshall looks like today?  What about Sally Struthers or Fannie Flag?  Fannie Flag's a great author, not to mention a great panelist from that legendary gameshow "Match Game!"

Come on Kramer, can't you take a little ribbing?

I have to agree with ssjockey.
Betty Thomas?

Why would any of us find a homely old lady, (and she never was particullarily attractive), with boring old hair, interesting?
(Unless of course you are a homely old man with boring hair. Even homely old men with boring old hair I assume aren't all that interested in looking on a website at homely old women like Betty Thomas).

Maybe Betty Thomas has had a decent career, but so what? What does that have to do with the usually beautiful, attractive, fashionable lady celebrities that people discuss on these boards?
I am sure most people don't visit this website to look at homely old ladies that look like their aunt Dolores.

Next time Kramer, if you are going to post a photo, do everyone a favor and post a photo of Jessica Simpson, or Allissa Milano.

Like ssjockey, I hate to give you a bad time Kramer, .....but Betty Thomas? (or is she really aunt Dolores?)

If you want to pick a fine looking lady from the old Hill Street Blues show, how about that nice looking brunette in the bottom row of the photo.

Is it true by the way, that Betty Thomas was once a female rugby player?
She has the build for it.

Brent, your responses (I think four in a row is an all-time record) aren't worth the time it took me to type this.

The fact is, if someone is a celebrity, that person can be discussed on this board. There are no rules concerning age or how long it's been since they've been in the public eye. Frankly, I'd rather post once about a Betty Thomas than read 175 posts on Alyssa Milano. But that's my preference. You can prefer not to click on a celebrity's name and move on to the next one.

OK, your turn. I know some small-minded people who apparently don't like senior citizens need to get the last word, so feel free to repeat yourself as often as you like.

I like senior citizens just fine.
I like Alyssa Milano better though. I must admit.

I think I have to side with anyone who didn't have to post 4 times in a row to make a small point. in heavily moderated boards you would be banned. Here, you are just being rude. I guess it could be worse: you could post ten times in a row using gigantic font.

Take it easy people.
I was just being a little silly folks. Just jiving.
I am not really a bad fellow. I usually have a pretty good attitude actually.
I apologize if anyone was offended.

And to Betty Thomas, if she happens to read this (HaHa!)
Just joshing lady. You do not look like a former male rugby. (Truth be told, you do look a little like a former female rugby player though)

By the way. Whatever happened to 'ol Gord? Anyone know what happened to that guy?

I love the whole "where are they (what do they look like) now" thing, so I enjoyed this one. Thanks! I was at the edge of my seating waiting for the picture to download (seriously -- lol).

Accusing random people of being transsexuals is a perfect example of having a good attitude in today's society? Doubting very much.
