Yall seen Anger Management when Jack is stimulating his hair follicles with that tool with the electric light, miracle of modern science, does that exist?

If you're talking about what I think you are then yes those do exist. If I remember correctly those are using Tesla current.

Did it look like a rake or a fork?

Yes, I think it's called a Laser Comb. I doubt it really works.

I actually saw a program that compared treatments for hairloss, and this comb actually made a difference. It was funny though, because they tried the comb, Rogaine, and a few other methods to stimulate hair follicles and they all pretty much worked, though it took a good year to see a real difference. Ironically, all participants said in the end they would prefer to just go bald because the treatments were too time-consuming.
