Does anyone know what is up with them?

I have placed three orders for Bohyme in the last 2 months and each time
after a week or longer I got an e-mail saying the item was out of stock.
This last time (about three weeks ago) when I ordered and was told there
was a "problem" my credit card was never refunded! I have left several
messages and received no response.

Does anyone know anything about them? Like have they gone out of
business or something?
Why not have a great hair day???

Hmmm...that is odd. I have no idea what is going on with hairsisters. Normally they are very good. Ive ordered from them several times and never had a problem....hope you get things resolved!

You should contact your credit card company to get your money back.  I personally have not bought hair from that company.  If you want Bohyme hair you should try ebaonyline, they have the lowest prices online.  I have ordered from them and they deliver fast.  Here is the link, http://www.ebonyline.com/humanbraid.html

Hi, I'm a newbie, but I placed an order from them on Wednesday night, and it has shipped and will be here on Tuesday.  Hopefully this was just a fluke for you.  I hope that it gets rectified for you quickly.

Thry did finally refund the $ but three weeks later and it was just
annoying that they never contacted me to tell me it was out of stock. I
just never got it. But it is all taken care of now. Their prices are good so
maybe I'll try again.

Oh good you got your money back.  I read somewhere on their website, that they were moving to another building, I wonder if that caused the big mixup?  Hmmm....  I hate getting screwed with when it comes to this expensive hair too!
