I have bought one of each, but I�m not sure how often i should use this.
I read somewhere here that shampoo with protein should not be used every time you wash your hair.

So how often then?

Synne, I would only use it as needed. When your hair starts getting the brassy/yellowy tones then use the shimmerlights. Using it too frequently or leaving it on too long can make a light blonde look grey or even purple-y!! 

Also....if you are using shrinkies, keep the purple shampoos/conditioners away from the shrinkies becasue they can turn your shrinkies purple!

Thanks Sherrie.

Due to old color in my hair, I allready have some yellow spot at the ends of my hair, that my hairdresser could not get out.
Maybe I should wash my hair once with the shimmering before I put in the D-lux to minimize the yellow.
How long should I leave it in, before I wash it out again.
Regular shampoo I leave in a minut or to before I rinse it out. And conditioner I leave in about 5 minuts.

Thank for the advise with the shrinkies.

Id try just leaving it on for a minute or two at first. If it still seems to yellowy, leave it on a little longer the next time.
