I'm glad there is someone else out there like me. I have the same exact story. I am going to call my hairdresser today and see what can be done. Yesterday he added brown to the top of my head to bring down the red, but now it just looks burgundy. I let you know what he says today...

I recently went to get my hair cut and colored. I have naturally brown and curly hair. Had been just frosting it. Well......even though I told my hairdresser I didn't want any red......it came out with a touch of red in it. How can I get that red look out without damaging my hair. kcsride
