Gurl....your hair is growing in so nicely....it looks so beautiful.  I can't wait until I get to your length...I'll be so happy!

Your wavy hair pics are beautiful....you should wear it like that all the time.  You can rock it

Thank you jaz.  Yeah, I plan to wear the wavy style a lot more now because it gives my hair a rest from so much heat.

Pokahontas,

Is the Maxiglide a ceramics straightener? I want to buy a flat-iron, but I want a GOOD one, and I don't want to buy a $200.00 one.

Hair type: who knows?
Length: 23 inches as of 3/10/06
MY HAIR IS OFFICIALLY BRA STRAP LENGTH!!
Goal: Waist Length, which is only 30 inches so
ADVISE ME ON HOW TO GET JUST 7 MORE INCHES OF GROWTH!

Thanks so much ladies.

@Renata....yes, the Maxiglide is ceramic and it's only eighty dollars at Bed Bath and Beyond.  It's definitely worth it.

@Taggi....I'm not good at taking pills regularly so no I don't take any pills for growth.  I was taking Flax Seed Oil for a short time but I started forgetting to take it and eventually stopped altogether.

My regimine changes quite a bit depending on how I wear my hair but I will write the one I'm doing now for the straight hair.

-Shampoo every 2 weeks with Creme of Nature, clarify with acv, and condition with Dove Intense Moisture.

-Protein treatment once or twice a month with Motions CPR Treatment or Ion Rebuilder followed up with Dove.

-Deep condition with Lekair Cholesterol.

-Moisturize daily with WGO, Qhemet Biologics Amla and Olive heavy cream, or Oyin Handmade's Whipped Pudding (I alternate those).

-After I wash my hair I wet wrap it using Elucence leave in conditioner which is a really good detangler!  Sit under the dryer for an hour or until the wrap is almost fully dry, then lightly blow dry with WGO for only a few minutes because I hate blow dryers.  After that I flat iron with the maxiglide using Beyond the Zone heat protectant.  I think that's about it.

Thanks girl.  The wavy hair is so easy to do.  I just moisturize and put it in a bun every night and it comes out like that.
