hey im getting my hair cut this wednsday, im a 16 year old boy, right now i have long hair thats like 3 inches above my shoulders, but it will be a little below my ears when i get it cut. my hair is pretty straight, but it kinda curls towards my head instead of outward like it used to. but anyway i want my hair to kinda flip out, so how can i do that? i know i could like curl it everyday or something but im not gonna do that, so is there anyway i can get it to stay how i want it perminantly, or atleast for awhile? cause i really dont wanna mess with it everyday and stuff.
here is a picture i found, it is pretty much exactly how i want it, i have the same color, will have the same length, and my face is very similar too. i hope i know how to post it,
so how can i get my hair exactly like this without having to mess with it every day?

there is no such thing as easy hairdo except you were born with it.
straight hair people will always have that sleek iron look, while curly people will always have their curls.
sorry your pics did not show by the time i read this.
if you want your hair ends to flip out, you can either sleep with roller or wrap your hair around a twisted paper towel like a hair roller. this will cause hair to flip out depending on how you roll it. when you wake up and take it off. you have perfectly flip out hair.
or you can just blow dry the ends with a blow drier on a medium setting to set it.

You can use styling clay or wax (or a mixture of both) to get the "flips". When your hair is dry, put a little of the product in the palm of each hand, rub your hands together and then run your fingers through the ends of your hair and style the "flips" like that. Don't overdo it or your hair will look greasy and lank. Apply a little product at first; you can always add more later.
You can also style your hair with your fingers as you blowdry - pulling out the ends into the flipped shape that you want to achieve (but you will probably need to apply product after that for definition and longer lasting hold).
Good luck!
