Follow up: Derm. & Internest Diagnosis

PLEASE READ FOLLOW UP! DERM&INTERNEST DIAGNOSIS

Well, After so many test these past few months, I am finally getting somewhere. I told my dermatologist all of my systems and she diagnosed me with an auto immune disease condition and very iron diffceint. I was then referred to an Oncologist/Internest. I have been taking Synthroid and Feosol iron tablets for 3 weeks now and have not noticed much of a change. I will keep being monitored but it seems I have all sorts of damage to my thyroid due to disease. I am sick daily. The ironic part is I just want my hair to stop falling out. No change there yet, but the internest said it would take a month. I can tell you this, I would never have had the courage or knowledge to see the doctor if it werent for this talk forum, since I had been misdiagnosed for years! Twice I was diagnosed with stress and given Rogaine and sent on my way. I finally couldnt take it anymore when I started to feel ill daily, developed new symptoms and the hair shedding was at all time high. I thought it was all in my head (as I had been told before) until I came across this forum and saw that I was not the only one. I will keep posting on my progress.
