Be careful with Cantu.  A number of their stuff contains protein such as keratin and collagen.  It might contribute to breakage.

I am going to purchase the daily moisturizer and only use the treatment a few times a month...I really like the treatment though it was one of things that helped soften and detangle my hair when stretching so I am not going to give up on it lol

Yeah, they have a dily moisterizer and the treatment.
Hair Type- 4a/b *transitioning front of my head*
Length-ranges from 5-7 inches =)
Products- Garnier Fructis S & S Poo, Lustrasilk Shea Butter Mango Conditioner and Cantu-Leave in =)

I've used this and I never experienced breakage.  I really liked the product.   I don't think I was using it daily though.

I think this caused your breakage. you should only use cantu's treatment 1-3 times a week.

Going over my bad breakage before my relaxer I realized I was using this everynight because I was doing braid outs and it really helped smooth the hair. But I think that the protein overload caused my breakage....has anyone had this problem?
