I have waistlength bleached hair. My hair is breaking off badly can someone help mewith my regimine. My regimine is to wash every two weeks with herbal essences shampoo and I use Vo5 conditioner to deep condition my hair Then I blow dry, flat iron, and curl my hair. I also use Pink oil moisturizer but it doesnt seem to work.
You can try using Aphogee Treatment (the one that smells like cat pee) and follow the instructions to the letter. Then use a moisturizing conditioner such as Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Replenishing Pak, Biolage Ultra Hydrating Balm, Elasta QP Intense conditioner or DPR-11, Elucence Moisture Balancing conditioner, Kenra Moisturizing or Color Treated conditioner. Again this is just a short list.
For shampooing, look into something for color treated hair.
I would definately lay off the heat styling tools. Especially since your hair is bleached, it is already weak as it is. BTW welcome to this forum .

IMO your hair sounds like it is in need of two things... moisture and reconstructing. I would try a REALLY conditioning shampoo, like cream of nature, or since your hair is colored, you might try Dumb Blonde by Bead Head, or Nexxus Botanoil Shampoo. They are all very conditioning.
For Reconstructing, Aphogee is good, or Emergencee or Keraphix by Nexxus are both good. Just make sure you deep cond after. Also I would try moving your wash schedule up to 1X per week from every 2 weeks and try doing a hot oil treatment before each shampoo. Just a few things to try...hope this helps!

Hey girl! The ladies here gave you great advice. ITA on the gentle moisturizing conditioner and the increase in washes. your hair really needs that hyrdation-- especially with your color treated hair. Also, I would recommend a thicker conditioner for deep conditioning. V05 is great for brief conditioning- but I think you may need something a bit more intensive. Something creamy like Creme of Nature Nourishing Conditioner or Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner-- champ listed some really good ones up there so look into those!
The pink oil isn't moisturizing your hair either-- so you may want to look into trying a different moisturizer.
There's some good info I wrote on the topic of breakage. You may find something here that is useful for you. There is also a list of recommended products you may want to try at the bottom of the first post. HTH
Wow, that's a lot of heat. I would definitely try to cut out some of that heat, it will work wonders for your hair. Maybe you could try to eliminate one of your heat steps like try air drying or sitting under the dryer instead of blowdrying. Or you could air dry, flat iron and use rollers for a curly look instead of the curling iron.....that way you'd be eliminating the use of the blow dryer and the curling iron.
I agree w/ sistaslick, the pink oil is probably doing nothing for you. It has mineral oil and petroleum in it which could be leading to dryness or breakage. Try to find a moisturizer w/o those ingreds.
