i was workin a couple weeks back and i noticed this guy this fool had waves goin diagonal on the top of his head to tha side and he thought he was slick. his hair looked weird.

haha FWI naw but some people brush a different way to have different wave patterns. like some old skool guys used to brush backwards and slick there hair back wards. brushin different ways cause different waves patterns

either they brush a diff way to create another pattern or they jus could simply be brushin in the direction there hair grows which could be at a diagonal.
