All you have to do is spray your hair with water and brush.

I have to admit the h2o meth didnt do alot for me even though I thought I was seeing results I think it was more mental...the placebo effect. Eventhough alot of ppl swear by this method you kinda have to wonder how much of it is the placebo effect.

everyone is different  so no one can say the h2o method dont work. everyone hair texture is different. but yeah the h20 is basically using water as a moisturizer sprayin it on your head and brushing until dry or almost dry. u can also do it in the shower

^^ for me the h20 meth works...makes brushin a lil easier...plus ur hair is easier to wave when damp..water is good for the hair as it is for the skin...but everybody has their preference...

u hair should only get frizzy when extremely wet...only damp ur hair when doin the h20 meth..

1st thing...if u dont already have waves then the water method isnt going to work so well...i mean it'll work but it will take 4 EVER (and i doubt ne1 is that patient)

use the h20 method when wolfing or when yur in the middle of yur wave game (ex: u got some waves but its not 360 or how u want it)

i hate sayin DONT cuz it WILL work...But for all impatient ppl DONT USE THE H20 method until u have waves...get a good brush and fall in love with that shyt,and get some moisterizer a pomade and a du rag
