Hey everyone!

This is a questions for anyone who has ordered from JetSetExtensions before.
 
I placed an order yesterday late afternoon and paid extra shipping for 2nd day delivery.  This morning when I got into work I had an email from them saying they could not ship to the address I had given, as it was unrecognizable.  They told me to contact them.
 
I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere on their site or in their email.  So, I sent them two emails and a fax with the corrected info.
 
Does anyone know of another way to contact them?
 
Is their customer service good?  This is the first time I ordered from them.
 
Do you think I will still be able to get them in time?

i think sherrie's been talking to them lately.  she sent me a sample of their hair.  summed up in 4 words: soft as bunny fur!  i don't know what super-healthy human gods they got this stuff from but it's NICE!

Odd that they don't have a phone number on their site. None listed in the phone book either.

I received an email from them and they are shipping out overnight, very nice people!
I found it odd there was no phone number as well.  I looked all over on their site and on the internet with no luck.

Jetset has been a little slow with emails lately. I dont know if they are extremely busy since dropping the price or what it is, but thats when I noticed the sudden slow down. They apologize to me everytime there is a delay in responding, but I hope they sort that out.  Even though they were slow in responding to a question I had whether or not my package was shipped, I still recieved my package on time.

I am from Canada and although I sent an e-mail yesterday to them, I have not heard back. Does anyone know if they will ship to Canada and how to go about ordering?

I am not sure if they ship to Canada, I imagine they would.
 
I would visit their website.  I ordered from there which was super easy.  I read you can also order by fax or by mail by sending a money order, which obviously would take the longest and be the biggest hassel, in my opinion.
 
They do email back.  It took them alittle to get back to me but they are really great when they do.  I imagine they are just really busy!

I don't know about Canada but I emailed them a couple of months ago to ask if they shipped to the UK and they never even bothered to respond.

Just thought id better add i emailed them the other day about their 22inch body wave (they have pretty much run out of most colours). They replied the next day with a very nice and polite email :)
Im after blondes though and from what ive read their blondes arent what im after :(
