Hi Everyone! This is the start of Month 2 for the SHHC. How is everyone doing?

For me, I still have alittle shedding but my routine has not changed. My hair is retaining moisture very well. I love using my Australian Organics conditioner! My hair always comes out soft. As for thickness, I guess I'll need more time for that but it's definitely thicker than last year this time!

Hiya! I'm still attempting to work on getting my hair healthy o_o...I'm going to stay away from extentions buecause I have a tiny poka-dot sized baldspot on my hair line which I'm not happy about =/ I think I have traction apolecia...not sure.

I've decided to wear twist and braids w/ my real hair for the rest of the year. Hopefully it will work...
Hair Type- 4a/b *transitioning front of my head*
Length-ranges from 5-7 inches =)

i got a trim a couple of weeks ago to even things out from the barber mishap in feb.(one side was two inches longer than the other) So even though my ends are great- i have a long way to go. Not shedding much and not breaking either so maybe i am actually retaining growth this time around. I added glover's mane to my regimine(use this 2x a week mixed with castor oil as a pre-poo). still pre-pooing, shampooing and deep conditioning one-two times a week and cowashing on the other days. I also added folic acid to my vitamins, so hopefully this will help as well.

Hi everyone! I'm gald to see there are a few responses!! Anyway, my hair does appear to be a bit thicker than before. YAAA!!! As for length, not too worried about that as much as I am maintaining healthy, thick hair. I know it is getting longer.  I'm getting back in the habit of washing twice a week with one being a condition wash.
