thanx fellas.....ive  tried a couple different stratagies since i first got them my sophmore year of high school....i used 2 just use pomade but it didnt work that effectively.....Now basically I brush my hair when i get in the shower,  then while i shampoo...each section about a minute....i wash it out then the conditioner....brush for about half a minute then let it sit while u finish ur shower.  I dont brush the conditioner out i just let the water run around my head for about 10 seconds.  I use a towel and wipe my hair in the direction i want it in then use some type of moisturizer (carrot oil, pink oil, coconut softee hair grease) then brush my hair for about 2 mins in each section.    I put the du rag/or wave cap on for about an hour....once the water dries out i take the du rag off and brush for about an hour...not all at once...do it while ur watching tv about 5 or 6 minutes.  Just so your hair doesnt get to dry use ur moisturizer everytime u think its getting to dry.  I do the same moisturizer process (brush in each section for 2 mins) then put my du rag on before i go 2 sleep.  You do this for a couple of days and you should start to see some results.
