I know I may sound silly for asking this but what exactly is a pre-poo? How do you do it? I have a slight concept but I would like to be sure. Also what is the baggie method for???

Before you shampoo add conditioner or oils....or both to your dry hair and either sit under the dryer w/ a plastic cap or use a hot towel, then shampoo and condition as normal.

As a pre shampoo treatment I use some cheap condtioners like V05 strawberries and cream or Suave milk and honey.  Plus a little safflower or vegetable oil.

i love using castor oil as a pre-shampoo treatment- it works great for me.
