This BBC newsreader always had short hair but she seems to be growing it now.

She looks good now with her medium length hairstyle. She didn't look good in the middle pic with that short "bowl" hairstyle. However she did look good with her ultra-short pixie/crewcut hairstyle in the bottom pic. She should either wear her hair medium length or ultra-short.
