Overly Bleached Hair Repair?

Basically my hair is totally fooked at the moment, due to too much bleaching.

I tried to go blond from black in two days basically (still not quite there, kind of pale yellowy at the moment) and then yesterday after bleaching it for a second time (both times I left it on for 90 minutes) when it was wet and I ran a comb through it a load of it would just break off. It was really gooey and weird, then then it's dry it's frizzy and straw like.

I still need to fix the colour, but I'm thinking that the quality is desperately needing to be upped. I've tried some deep conditioner yesterday (twice) and then today I covered it in normal conditioner when it was dry and left it on for ages.

Naturally my hair's rather curly, but at the moment it's not even curly. I thought about getting it cut, but I suspect I'd have to have quite a lot off, and I don't want short hair again as I'd lose all my self confidence (currently I've got around shoulder length hair).

Basically, is there anything I can do to repair it? Is it to far gone and beyond all hope or is there some way I can salvage and redeem it? Should I just get it cut or if I leave it and condition the hell out of it, will it regain it's normal good condition and go silky and curly again?

I've been there.  Since your hair is damaged, you'll want to use a demi-permanent toner (less damaging)  to get your hair to a normal blonde shade...since you hair is so porous now, it will hold demi perm better anyway.  As far as conditioner, use a deep conditioner twice a week and then once a week later when your hair improves.  You want to get a protein rebuilding conditioner for everyday use to repar your hair and deposit mor protein for strength.  You could use a little spray leave-in conditioner, but I especially like to use Biosilk (or some other brand) serum.  It helps youhair feel smooth.

My hair is also curly and I have done everything to it, straightening, bleaching, coloring it all colors of the rainbow.  But the other posters are correct.  Your hair will only absorb so much conditioner at once doing it everday is a waste, deep conditioning once a week with a daily conditioner and a leave in will be best for you and in time the curl will come back as the condition of your hair improves.  Using curl cremes can help coax the curls to come back.  Jessicurl has a great line of products and they are available worldwide. 

Colouring my hair sure zaps my curls, took me a while to realize what was happening! I am now using semi-perm hair colour, although its not too great at covering greys but less damaging. I wash my hair only once a week (its always been dry) and usually but spray in conditioner or serum on everyday.
