nah i wouldnt say that is what it is used for it has no form of scrubbing crystals in it or anything its just a simple cleaner and moisturizer i mean its even safe for babies so imagine its just a gentle simple product. but me personally dont use scrubs exfoliating is simple my derma doctor said when u wash your face make sure you are using a hand towel and rub that over the face ( a wet one) and that is exfoliating that is really all it is.

Oh okay, can it also be used in place of an exfoliator?

I'm looking for a product to cleanse and moisture my face and was told to try Cetaphil. It comes highly recommended. Has anyone tried this product for? Can you tell me a little about it and how it has improved your skin.
