Does anyone here do them?
What temp. iron do you use to "seal" them in?

I have been trained in the Prohair heat seals method.   I don't know exactly the temperature, since I use a specialized Prohair gun that has an adjustable dial.  I imagine that you could use a regular fusion iron to do heat seals, but I have never tried that.
