I have the weft type extensions. I hate how they lay so flat to my head..........like they have no life to them. How can my hairdresser place them better so they arent so flat? Or is this how they are suppose to be and you just have to get used to it?
The reason why the wefts lie flat is because that's the same way our natural hair lies. Well, most people! Why do you want them to NOT lie flat to your head?
The reason you feel the hair lays too flat is because your own hair is fluffier (for lack of a better word) You need to use some wefts with more curl, or a lighter texture. Most commercial wefts are made with Asian hair which is heavy and it weights down the wefts. Try using some Indian hair with extra body.
areyou saying lay so flat as in they do not move? because that is the one thing with tracks. you can not expect them to move as natural as strand by strand does.. however I still use tracks and have no complaints. it does also depend on the hair. try some differen't styles. I used to always do the straight thing now i'm into the body waves and i find they look more natural (for me anyway)
