   I can give you a link for how to use a sage tea to darken hair (meant
for white or gray hair), but I have not tried it, nor do I know if its
been tried on lightened hair, so I do not know how well it works.

I don't know of any kitchen ingredients that you can use that will make
it permanently darker, most things wash out eventually.  There is
brown pigment shampoo you can buy at Sally that will put color over
your hair (it too washes out when you switch back to regular shampoo).
