My stomach is what I need to target. It has the most fat. It's not even all the way around just in the front. It looks weird. I need some good stomach exercises besides the basic crunches, obliques, situps, stuff like that.

Hi PG. Unfortunately you can do all of the stomach exercises in the world and that alone will not help you lose belly fat. You have to increase the fat-burning cardio, such as running (or even walking if you're not ready to run). Diet is also a huge factor. Try adhering to a low-fat high protein diet and add some cardio to your workout routine. Once you start burning fat, the crunches will really add tone and definition. One of the biggest misnomers is that ab exercises alone will help you acheive your desired result, but you need that cardio to really make it work! Good luck!
Cherry is right. If the muscles are loose, then exercises can tighten them up. But you don't consciously choose where to lose extra fat; your body does.
Get a fitball if you can makes ab work so much less of a strain.
Here is a link to heaps of ab workouts I must get myself doing them as well my stomach is a disgrace even though I do 6ks a day at 6.7ks a day on a treadmill you will have to copy & paste as I don't know how to get th elinks so they go direct -sorry. http://www.shapefit.com/training.html
