Can someone tell me what's a good flat iron to get for 4a natural hair that's about 4 in long?  I keep seeing the chi in stores.  I would like to get the maxiglide, but I think its to big for my short hair.  Any suggestions are appreciated...

I like my Chi, but there are other irons that are just as good, if not better.  But be sure you get a inch or smaller to get to the roots.

The same company that makes maxiglide makes a smaller version miniglide but that one doesn't have steam. How long is your hair?

The chi is a great flat iron, I have one and it is so amazing for my hair. It will be really humid outside and my hair doesn't frizz up. Or if the chi is too expensive, try one of the pricey ceramic irons at your local beauty mart because I had those at first and then stepped up to a chi.

Thank you ladies for the suggestions.  I will check out the chi and sedu.  I didn't know maxiglide made a miniglide.  It will be hard to pick one.
