Are those velvet? No everyones being too polite you cant wear those no matter what top you pair them with.

I wouldn't wear green pants. I do own a beautiful green silk dress, although I rarely wear it. I look better in blue than green, because I am fair skinned with blue eyes. I wear alot of red, white, and black also.

Huh...I don't know. It really does depend on the top....though if you go for a very basic top, it could look messy...or drab....So, careful!
