Hi Everyone,
Sherrie steered me in the correct direction after much stressing with a company that is counterfeiting Bohyme hair. I have been ordering keratin tipped hair from www.iblines.com since February what they had claimed to be "Bohyme" hair. After having many problems with their hair shedding and falling apart, and every client a re-do, I come to find out that they have been counterfeiting the Bohyme brand and that the Bohyme company is well aware of this. I had a conference call with both companies and am in the process of contacting the few companies that claim to be customers, one of which is the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Do not buy from them, I found out that they are using asian hair and claiming it to be "Bohyme" They have yet to rectify the situation with me. They woman that sold to me is named Judy, if you meet her at a hair show beware she is very smooth!
Thanks for the heads up. Just to clarify, Bohyme hair is Asian Hair or at least I'm assuming so because it has a tag around it that says made in China I buy directly from the Bohyme company (Bohyme.com) so I know the hair I have is authentic and all packs have the same tags.
Thank you for sharing your results. I hope they are able to resolve this for you.
Thanks Cali-Kristin, I spoke with both Debbie and Rachel at Bohyme today, and they said the hair is manufatured in China but is not Chinese. I hope this is true. Makes sense since labor is so cheap over there.

Xtensngirl, Im glad you were able to get the answers you needed and I knew that putting you in direct contact with Bohyme was the best advice I could give you.
Also, from what I was told by Bohyme there hair is asian and european. Now I dont know if that means some textures are asian and some are european or if these two textures are mixed. I am going to find out more answers to this question this weekend.
Being asain doesnt make it 'bad' Its all in how the hair is processed. I actually prefer asian hair myself.
Thanks Sherrie. IBL is trying to make "good" but time will tell many thousands of dollars and hours of hard work later. Ah well, live and learn. I had all four of us on a conference call and boy oh boy was Bohyme upset! They were already well aware of this company and their deception as they had been contacted by the Bellagio and I think it all started to unravel.
I'm glad you were able to get in contact with the company. Rachel is really nice and is also the person I talk to- she'll tell you all about the fakes out there . I'll have to hit her up about what type of hair it really is the next time I talk to her... I only assumed it was Asian because of the made in China tag (bad kristin, bad! haha) I'm sure it's highly profitable to have all types of hair processed in China where labor is so extremely cheap as you stated. I really don't care what type of hair I buy as long as it's good quality. If you get a hold of Rachel or Debbie before I do please ask them what type of hair it is

I have also read on a previous post that Bohyme works with a single wholesale company, I forgot the name, but could find it back.
Last time I found some cheaper Bohyme hair sold on Esthersonline, I contacted them to ask them the name of the company they got it from, and it was the same wholesale company.
