Davedecker for example has extremely long hair!,, now if at the end of each growth cycle each hair falls out then starts again,, how does anyone have a long hair? since hair is always shedding and growing,, How come a long haired person whos reached terminal length doesnt find that all their hair falls out once its reached its long length since all that length must be terminal! ?????? HELP

Each individual hair follicle has a different starting point for its lifespan. Therefore, they don't all expire at the same time! This is why we lose (I've forgotten the number; is it 100?) a certain number of individual hairs each day. Their life cycles were at the end.
