Wow! Waiting a month for hair to arrive! That would truly p**s me off. I'm way too impatient for that . Lucky for me I didn't have to wait long at all for the hair I ordered last time and i live in Israel for now (tomorrow going back to Belgium). It seems I HAVE to keep ordering from the States. Belgium is all stuck on GL or the other big names and as a dyi-er you're lost!
But, again, if the client service stays the way it is, I'm happy to keep ordering from the last company I got it from. It's Indian hair, European is just too expensive for me (and no guarantee for quality as we now know) though I'd loooove to try it, but only if I can personally cut it off a Russian ladies' head!

I got the same feeling in France, being a DIYer in hair extensions is seen as an amazing thing there!! When I used to tell people I had extensions they'd be like "really?!!noooo?...", and then I had a bigger reaction when saying I was doing it myself.
I guess France is just like Belgium, stuck on GL or salons. When I started I just couldn't afford them so the question of "Salon, not salon?" didn't even cross my mind.
I am glad I have found this forum, you guys make me feel right at my place, if it makes sense!!
I AM quite impatient regarding hair, but w/ glamourhair, I want to be polite and nice w/ the customer service, because I am just afraid that they would take my money and let me down.
I found out just last week that the last hair I had from them -very very nice though I have to say- was 18' instead of 22' that I ordered, another little disapointment, oh well!!
Frenchie!
I can't wait to put some hair on my friends back in Belgium... show the salons we don't all have two left hands ...
I'd be quite upset to get shorter hair than ordered... .
Did you manage to get all that glue residue out of your hair? I'm sure that feels much better!

Well, I am still wearing fusion hair, so I still have some strand hanging w/ the devilish Mezzo Glue, and other strands w/ a gentle keratin glue -a bit too gentle for me- from Jet Set Extensions.
So It's a mix, but everyweek I spend 10-15 mn on a few ols strands w/ Mezzo glue to take them out. It's a lot of patience I can tell you!!
Yeah, I figured that out only last week, that the hair they had sent me months ago was not the good length!
It's ok, now I am going to work w/ Ebonyline.com.
I have found the reference of this website on this forum, thanks to Sherrie, and so far the customer service is wonderful to me, and they have reduction for returning customers!
Great! I'm getting together with a friend and we'll do each others' hair, woohoo!!
I think I'll try silicone lined rings this time, not sure though... .
The weather is up and down here and I don't mind. Israel was so hot I had to take my extensions off, so I welcome the rain and colder days...for now, hihi!
