QuoteReplyTopic: WARNING - SAMPOOK'S 'Russian' hair Posted: August 28 2012 at 12:11am
I have ordered from here a few times and the hair last me forever even with clients i get a few extra weeks than normal (so to say). For myself I get about a year before I retire but im very careful with it lol. http://visionhairextensions.com/bodywaveu-tip.aspx I order 808 because 909 is always back ordered it is very silky but will match blond texture for those who bleach without the tangle mop ive seen with a lot of other extensions over time. It is a little more but better than risking ebay imo. Coming up on virgin Russian hair is near impossible in the United states these days really only the celebs are getting it and at a high cost to. Wish luck to anyone who buys on ebay and hope to hear some good stories and not bad.

The lady was very nice and helpful when I talked to her. This is what attracted me to buying from her. All other previous persons I had talked to about buying European Remy extensions were not very helpful and actually quite snobbish. Anyhow the hair I got from Sampook was junk. Within a week the hair was dry, tangly and sometimes matting. I was assured that Sampook's was premium and that my clip-ins from "Sally's Beauty Supply" were absolute junk. Wrong the Sally's extensions are actually quite nice even though they're Indiana hair but at least they don't tangle and are still pretty silky. I also tried emailing Sampook asking what to do about dryness and tangling, I wasn't sure if I did something to them I shouldn't have but the "nice" woman never answered back after several emails.
Oh my!! I'm russian myself (from Belarus, to be exact) and let me tell you that most of our women and girls are different shades of blonde. This hair doesn't look what I remember seeing on russian womens' heads at all! Not native slav russian, anyway. Maybe its armenian or georgian??? By the way, my own hair is sooo fine... (sigh).

it was "single drawn" 22" ponytails. i bought two kilos. about 300 grams were OK the rest was reversed, became dreads right after i washed it. the company is in russia, they are laughing at our complaints. i don't think i should mention the name of the company as i hate any legal battles but it was one of those three companies talked about on hairtalk that sell "virgin russian/ukrainian hair" with fancy websites. i guess they thought that i am one time customer out of the blue so i could be dooped.
i have paid for education, i am ok with that, but never again.

hi goddes, what refund? are you kidding? that was western union transaction and the "supplier" tells me that the hair that was sent to me is the best of the best and my complaints are unfound because i am "ignorant in hair business" lol, it was $1200 per kilo.
