My hair is sort of naturaly wavy but only slightly. I have seen the Aussie commercials where the girls hair is springy and bouncy. Does it really make your hair like that? Can someone help me get hair like this:

Mousse and a roller set, or curling iron and setting spray. And lots of practice! It will take you a while to get the hang of it.

Very thick, sort of oily, down past my shoulders sort of wavy, kind of frizzy.
