Ok, I've been working towards these waves for some weeks now. I've been trying to use the water technique and I've got some waves coming but none of those sick patterns like ya'll boyz got. I've been using a Phillips 540 brush, which at my first haircut seemed too hard ( I had just cut my braids off, had them 5 yrs so my head wasn't use to brushes at all) but now that 540 is cool. I read some of ya'lls threads and at my next haircut went and bought a Phillips 440....The 440 is super soft, feels like the brush ain't even doing nothing to my hair, and I got it cut pretty low.. So what is that soft 440 good for, or did I waste my money? Should I just stick to the 540?
Oh, and how do I upload a pic of my hair on here?

it takes time for your waves to come keep brushin and grow your hair for a bit and while yout hair is high use a medium or hard brush keep doin this for awhile and im sure dat u will see results
