New pic. I'm not at all a fan of the bob, but her hair, imo, looks pretty good here. She however, also looks like she could use a sandwich or two...
 
Note: The rather sarcastic "editorialization" was not put there by me, but was there on the site where I found the pic. It's a great shot of the cut though.

She went from natural blonde to dark and then to white-blonde so the haircut is probably best for the condition.
