I would leave a conditioner or mask on hair, put on a plastic shower cap and leave for an hour. I have just used a kerastase mask on my badly wrecked hair and its actually got some shine and curl back, its expensive though. You could try those dove tubs

your going to need a trim to get the damage off, and start using conditioners for dry damaged hair as well as leave in conditioners Aussie makes some good ones, that are affordable. You may want to also apply oil treatments to your hair at least once a week. good luck!

I have very thick long hair that right now is damaged and I have been noticing it has been falling out some these last few months. Can someone suggest any good relaxers, hair products, moisterizers etc I can use to get it healthy again
