Anyone know how to make these?  I could swear I saw a site that sold the tape used to make one of these products but I didn't save it (argggghhh!).  Or do you know of a place where I can send the hair I like to be made into skin and/or wefts?  Thanks a lot.

If you have access to one of the hair piece manufacturers such as Onrite, New Concepts, or International Hairgoods they could probably accomodate such request, but you have to be licensed and have an account with them.
