Getting my hair cut

 

At the mo i have bangs but grown out so i have short bits at the side, that touch my chin, my length is about mid back and I had layers put in about feb/march time and have pretty much grown out, Its very straight as I straighten it, but theres really no style or bounce, its light brown/blonde.

Can anyone give me a nice simple style without too much change?

 

Maybe put layers back in? Do layers actually make your hair thicker or thinner? Or get a fringe/bangs or would that make you look more child like, its hard to pull it off.
