Hello all ... i am a n00b sorta. My waves is dippin hard on the top but every where else they are no where to be found. Soooo the question is ... can somebody telll me there day to day method? And to start off, I do brush alot (all day really because my teachers dont care. 1 more question is do u keep the pomade in over night? And how come in the mornin after i take my wave cap off the sides be lookin dumb fukked? am i just puttin it on wrong?

welcome 2 the forum

however medthods are stickied on the top of the forum. look in VET methods. they are the best methods out for anyones taste. youll definitely find what you need. btw pomade is NOT recommended at all. take ur wave cap off from back to front and that way ur sides stay right. (thats my tip) and ne other questions dont hesistate to p.m. me or anyone else in here. good luck man. hope 2 c u spinnin soon

For me, I keep it simple. I wake up take off wave cap, take a shower and shampoo hair, then i let my hair dry out on its own or when there is hardly any water in my hair i jus put a lil pink lotion and i brush wit my medium brush for like 3 mins. (which i should replace), and thas it.

damn! thanks to u guys i can see my waves coming in on the sides already. I just been brushing in shower, putting some murrays orange can in and brushing all day (the girls in school even give a helping hand lol) . And when i get home i just brush some more. Put some pomade in and put my wave cap on. Can you brush to much? I need to get some pics up here

question ... pomade is training my hair to lay down right? and when i wake up in the morning(after a night of having pomade/ wavecap on should i wash it out? and pink lotion is to make my hair soft correct?

If you put alot in and you're planning on putting in more into your hair wash it or i'll get a few candles put em on your head you'll officially be caked. But seriously brushing your hair trains your hair to lay down though pomade helps. Pink lotion mositerizes whisch yes leads to softer hair so you're right.

my waves look so crappy with no products in my hair .. is it supposed to be like that? or after some months of brushing (or however long it takes) it will start looking good?
