I will be completely honest. You have a thinner, longer face. This haircut does nothing for you. You also have a longer neck. Suggestions: If you were willing to go shorter, add some layers. I would loose more length on the back and sides (layers or length). If you wanted to go longer, I would grow to at least shoulder length and all one length. The bangs are OK but I could also see you with side swept bangs (if you went with shorter hair).
Email me if you have any further questions or would like examples.
Thanks for the feedback guys.I would love some examples bnbiv00.I never know what to ask for when I get a trim or a cut. And...I have had my bangs like this forever cuz I'm scared to grow them out. Also though,bnbiv00,my face usually doesnt look so thin! I'm a bit on the heavier side (for my height anyways 120-125) and my face usually looks much fatter. Maybe I lost weight or something. My pics suck because they are from a cell phone.I do have a long neck though. I also would like to have it shoulder length and all the same length, but since my nephew cut all these short pieces at the top of my head I need to grow them out first. I dont think I'm willing to go much shorter though,my husband would have a cow.

I think it looks great, but i must admit a few longer layers would look very cool too, adding texture. Making it look more edgey and stylish without loosing much if anything off the length.
How long was your hair before your nephew decided to give you a trim?

It was as long as it is in my avatar (maybe even a bit longer actually) Snipette.So...what would I ask for if I got it cut again? Long layers? In the front, back? I get confused trying to tell stylists what i want, but I'am not exprienced enough to "change styles myself" When I trim my own hair I pretty much just follow the cut I have gotten from a pro so to speak.
Jules, You ahve a very pretty face that can support many styles. As a stylist I would suggest that you have some layers that would work for your facail features. Such as having your sides layered into your bangs so you would not lose any length. The layers don't need to be short. If they can have them use a razor to shape the layers. Also get use to a side part. Ask for wispy ends that style forward to your face. But dont hide yourself, you are to pretty to hide your face.

Thank you Mike, that is very nice of you to say! I used to part my hair to the side all the time, but found with certain styles down the middle looks better. I like the idea of face framing layers. I just have to find a good place around here to ask for that (I'm not going to hair cuttery) Thanks again!
Jules,
Don't be afraid to ask someone who has a style that you may like. My wife is always being asked "Who does your hair" . Of course I do. Each morning before she goes to work. So, if you are out don't hesitate to ask. If you lived in NE Pa. I would love to do a style for you. The side part works well with layers, The middle part works well when the top is layerd. If I can ever figure how to post a picture I would show you what I mean. Just don't let them take much off the length I feel this works for you.
Any questions let me know.

Let me ask some of my freinds from around Philadelphia I meet at a show and see what I come up with. I will try to find a mid range salon for you or maybe some chain salon like Regis or Mastercuts. I will let you know
Thanks

Cool, there is a mastercuts at Arundel mills mall but last time we went there the lady cut a bald spot in my husband's hair and kinda messed up my daughter's too.(asked for a bob and totally not what she gave her) The only good place around here that I know of is called Rafet's hairmasters.Only problem is most of the people who work there dont speak very good english so I have a hard time understanding them and vice versa I think.

Sorry that I cannot assist you. My freind does not have the contact from that area any more. I hope you find the right stylist to do your hair as you like it.
