Hi
Sorry to hear about your hair colour problem. I wouldn't panic as you've only used a toner and not anything permanent. It will fade out with frequent shampooing, many people use shampoo such as Prell ( i think its called Prell, in the USA ) or any clarifying shampoo. Some people even use dish washing detergent but I wouldn't recommend that you use this to repeatedly shampoo with. As I have said, it will fade so don't worry too much. Good luck.

Hi
The colour will fade but in the mean time you could enquire about colorfix, its sold at Sally's. I say enquire because I have an idea that colorfix only works on permanent colour but I may be wrong and it may help remove the unwanted tones that you have. I would recommend finding out for sure before you commit to using it though....just in case. Hope you find a solution real soon.

try going to www.clairol.com  and speak to a color specialist. they will tell you exactly how to get rid of the gray all the way,and help you go to the color you are trying to get.
