haircolor educator in need of a crash course in goldwell, any advise appreiciated

If you haven't already found it, check out Claude's "Introduction to Haircolor" which is posted within the hair color forums (I think... I'm a newbie too, so still navigating the in's and out's of this site).
Goldwell is fabulous. I use the Topchic line on my own hair. I'm not a pro. Just learning as I go. My former stylist used Goldwell, so my inspiration began there. Also, glazing product from Goldwell is really wonderful. I haven't been able to find it online yet, so if you have any info. on that, please let me know!
