-Wash and brush in shower
- Apply pink oil after shower while hair is still a little damp
- Brush pink oil in for about 5 mins
- Apply NU NILE!!
- Brush until my arm hurts, which is usually I long time...lol
- Du rag it and go to sleep
- Wake up get dressed for work
-Get to work and remove du rag
-Brush while sitting at my desk all day long on and off
-BRUSH AS MUCH AS YOU CAN..

For example while sitting the crib last night watching Suns-Seattle game I brush the whole time..

I think your waves in the back is pretty tight in that pick. Most people have there waves going down, set your own style man. I think they pretty tight.
